Ardent is a political consulting company based in New York City pursuing life, liberty and happiness the way we know best: by offering useful software and data solutions to people dedicated to helping others.
Ardent is led by Devin Balkind, a software executive with experience building solutions for nonprofit, government and startups.
Devin wanted to learn how politics works in his hometown of New York City so he ran twice for public office: in 2017 and 2019. Through those experiences, he learned how his software development and data management skills could be useful to political campaigns.
He started Ardent in 2020 so he could share his software and data tools and techniques with other political campaigns.
